Apple will combine their software engineer with small software to develop cheaper software.

Hardware Manufacturing:

Apple adapted the dell’s way of specific customization for their customer, so the customer can match their computer needs.

 -          Modify

Headquarter placement:

Apple puts their headquarter at 5 continents ( Asia, America, Australia, Europe, Africa ) to maintain better customer relationship to their stakeholder ( customer, supplier, etc ).

 -          Put Another Use

Distributor function:

Distributor also uses as an authorized accessories & software dealer.

 -          Eliminate

Cost Production:

Eliminate some expensive components to reduce the product price, so the price will be more reachable for everyone.

 -          Re-arrange

Retail service

Re arrange the customer maintenance by providing services for all apple users ( not only for the beginner ).

So this is one of my assignment for creativity and innovation course that have been given last week.

About Myhaly’s paradoxes, I think we cant limit creativity with all the paradoxes that Mihaly have mentioned. For me creativity have no limit, have no boundaries, and we can not compare creativity with the characteristic of the people. Maybe, just maybe lot of creative people have the same character that mentioned above but I am sure there are also creative people that have no similarity with the character above.

For me, people can act differently just because their environment, their family and friends and all things surround them. Therefore we can not just gives a perimeter to “something” that can not be measured.

Los Angeles Lakers, is the strongest contender from the Western to become the NBA champion this season. They already played 15 games (as I wrote this blog) with a 14 wins and only 1 loss. To be honest, I was a fan of Kobe Bryant back in the elementary but because of some stupid excuses I becoming 1 of the person who hates Kobe. 

Boston Celtics, the NBA champion of the 2007-2008 season, is also one of the strongest contender in the Eastern. They are not the strongest contender because in my opinion they are having a decrease of their performance (I think because their stars; Pierce, Allen and Garnett are getting old).

Orlando Magic, is not the strongest contender indeed but their performance prove me wrong. Maybe I am a little bit subjective here because my favorite Center, Dwight “Superman” Howard playing for them. Can you believe his stats? 20 or more point per game, 14 rebound per game and 2.8 block per game. I mean, WOW dude. He really is a SUPERMAN.

Last but not least, Cleveland Cavaliers. Honestly, I like this team because Lebron play for them. Before He came here, I did not even know who the players of this team. But, Lebron averaging 27.9 point per game, 7.2 rebound per game and 8.1 assist per game, and also his minutes per game is decreasing from 40 minutes per game to 32 minutes per game. This season, he get a lot of help from Mo William, Daniel Gibson, Ben Wallace, Delonte West, Wally Sczerbiac and Zydraunas Ilgaukas. They are having 13 wins from 14 games.

I know, i know, it is too early to discuss about who will be the champion this year. I just too excited of the progress this season. New players; Greg Oden, Michael Beasley, Derrick Rose, O.J Mayo, and many other rookie that have their magnificent talent that will develop and also the future of my favorite player, Lebron James.

What the f**k man? Why did you steal someone else’s shoes? Are you going to wear that shoes or you just want to sell those shoes to other people? What the F**k man?

Maybe you think that I’m over reacted to this problem, let me explain it to you. First of all, I LOVE shoes. I do love shoes very much (although I don’t have a whole collection of it). Second, those shoes are a present from my father. You know when your father bought you something that you really like, right?

I hope I can get my shoes back, or “someone” is returning it to me. If not, I hope that person invected by HIV and suffer for a long long long time and die with regrets.

Based on many sources, creativity is a mental process involving the generation of new ideas or concepts, or new associations of the creative mind between existing ideas or concepts. An alternative conception of creativity is that it is simply the act of making something new. Creativity is typically used to refer to the act of producing new ideas, approaches or actions, while innovation is the process of both generating and applying such creative ideas in some specific context. In the context of an organization, therefore, the term innovation is often used to refer to the entire process by which an organization generates creative new ideas and converts them into novel, useful and viable commercial products, services, and business practices, while the term creativity is reserved to apply specifically to the generation of novel ideas by individuals or groups, as a necessary step within the innovation process.

Creativity is the ability to see something in a new way, to see and solve problems no one else may know exists, and to engage in mental and physical experiences that are new, unique, or different. Creativity is a critical aspect of a person’s life, starting from inside the womb onward through adulthood.

Although many people equate creativity with intelligence, the two terms are not synonymous, and it is not necessary to have a genius-level IQ in order to be creative. While creative people do tend to have average or above-average scores on IQ tests, beyond an IQ of about 120 there is little correlation between intelligence and creativity. Researchers have found environment to be more important than heredity in influencing creativity, and a child’s creativity can be either strongly encouraged or discouraged by early experiences at home and in school.

Standard intelligence tests measure convergent thinking, which is the ability to come up with a single correct answer. However, creativity involves divergent thinking, which is the ability to come up with new and unusual answers.

Creative individuals tend to share certain characteristics, including a tendency to be more impulsive or spontaneous than others. Nonconformity (not going along with the majority) can also be a sign of creativity. Many creative individuals are naturally unafraid of experimenting with new things; furthermore, creative people are often less susceptible to peer pressure, perhaps because they also tend to be self-reliant and unafraid to voice their true feelings even if those go against conventional wisdom.

Creativity in childhood is typically assessed through paper-and-pencil measures such as the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking. These tests are designed to measure divergent thinking, such as fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Signification criticisms have been raised about these tests as measures of creativity. First is the general problem that there are no universally accepted definitions of creativity. Second, critics of creativity tests argue that these tests do not measure creativity per se but instead reflect the specific abilities that are assessed by the tests. Third, the scores on these tests often depend partly on speed, which is not necessarily a criterion for creativity. A final consistent concern relates to the scoring of creativity tests, which by definition are somewhat subjective. Thus, the reliability of such tests is commonly questioned.

There is no boundaries with creativity.
